Free Easy Astral Projection Tips - Sensational Tips to Get You On Your Way

One of the things I really wish I had when I started practicing having out of body experiences almost 10 years ago were some free astral projection tips. A lot of the jargon was foreign to me, and most of the really good writings were VERY hard to get and pretty expensive. I wasn't ready to go out and read a bunch of books yet either, as I simply didn't know yet the magical and mysterious world that awaited me..hence, I pretty much winged it on my own. (no pun intended… But had I had a little bit more information in the beginning, I'm pretty sure I could have shaved off a significant amount of time off of my learning curve. So with this in mind, here are a few free tips for you as you begin this wonderfully exciting new journey, from which, quite nothing will ever look the sameagain. Ready? Great, read on!

It's important to let go of ALL of your religious dogma before you begin seriously projecting. What? Am I saying you've got to stop believing or following in a particular faith or creed? No, absolutely not! But, it is HUGELY important to go into the process with an open mind, and this includes your religious or dogmatic frameworks. I've seen lots of people make NO progress whatsoever, after a very exciting start, simply because the things they experienced did not jive with their expectations from a religious standpoint. If you are convinced that you MUST see Moses, or Mohammed, or any other religious icon in order to be having an authentic experience, and you don't…you are far more likely to be confused, disappointedand disillusioned in the whole deal.

Use as many tools as you can to create a magical atmosphere from which to project. I am a big believer in fire safe candles, good lighting, I will usually get very comfortable, loose fitting clothing on, and of course, play an assortment of binaural beat or hemi sync tracks on my ipod or MP3 player, or an occasional spoken word guided meditation. For myself and Most other serious explorers of the astral realms, synchronizing our brain waves through sound are a hugely important component of the process, as I expect they will be for youas well.

Lastly, make sure you turn off all other potential distractions, especially things like cell phones, alarm clocks, beepers et al. Nothing will scare, shock and bewilder you faster in the supernatural spaces of our minds…and beyond, than the jarring sound of a text message coming through RIGHT when you are ready to project. Or even while there. Ouch! And of course there is much more…but hopefully these three simple tips have illuminated the landscape for you a little bit on your next, or first ride onthe supernatural surfboard! Enjoy…
