Very Easy Astral Projection - Simple Steps You Can Do Right Now

Often I find that people want to over complicate the mechanics to have an out of body experience. It probably, on some level, is actually easier to make it feel more difficult, complex and esoteric than simply focus on the ease of letting go and flying away into the etheric otherworld. So in this article, we are going to quickly step back from some of the more complex theoretical frameworks, energy fields and the like, and speak again of very easy astral projection. Two steps back, one HUGE step forward. Ready,great let's do it…
Again, as I always recommend, you should use hemispheric sound technology to entrain your brain for the most conducive and receptive "mindset" for an altered or peak state experience. Simply let your mind go. Push back into your consciousness as you let the melodious sounds sweep you into a vast space of utter nothingness. I often find that simply focusing my field of vision at the very back of my head is enough to bring on the sweet vibrational frequencies of an impending projection. This is actually an old vipassana meditation trick that when your eyes are closed and you focus on a spot you can't see….your inner eye starts to see complete emptiness, whichis the goal.
Once you feel yourself starting to vibrate strangely..simply go with it. Allow it to wash over you. Do not over think. Let the sounds in your headphones sweep you out to a vast and empty space of infinite sweet spaciousness. You will find yourself beginning to float. Again, don't fight it or think about it. Just be. As the old Zen adage goes - You are what you seek. Don't search for it - it will come to you! When you start to float, you will feel a buzzing in your inner ear, and that is USUALLY a sign that your consciousness will shift from within your body to somewhere immediately outside of it. Now you are just about there - let it go and so towill you. It's really that simple, I promise!
